Bradford's arm is restrained because he has a bad habit of hitting himself to the point that he now has a glass eye from hurting himself. Jackson and Bradford have special bond because Jackson also has one glass eye from accident. Stepheon Jackson is Polly Jackson's grandson. He lives closeby and is a big help in caring for Keveonte and Polly's husband Ernest.
