Born-to-Read Project Coordinator and UT Tyler graduate student Azalia Perez welcomes parents to the project’s last meeting of the year on Saturday, July 14. The focus of the project was to make parents aware of the critical role of reading to babies and help build their capacity to engage in practices that promote early language and literacy development.
